Within the framework a national campaign by testing for Hepatitis C among military personnel and members of other power structures that are involved in hostilities in eastern Ukraine, which began almost throughout Ukraine on the World Hepatitis Day on the 28th of July, “Gay-alliance” during 10-12 August 2015 conducted rapid testing for hepatitis C operating and demobilized military with areas of military action. The event was held in Kyiv on the territory of the Central Military Clinical Hospital the Ministry of Defence.
A total have been tested 103 persons, was found 8 positive results for HCV. Also our medical workers were provided quality pre-test and post-test counseling all who agreed to pass diagnostics.
