On the 11-14th of April in Kyiv, Ukraine, Aids Fonds/ Stop Aids Now! and the International HIV/AIDS Alliance held a working meeting on the theory of the changes within the «Beat the AIDS Epidemic» and «Bridging the Gaps» / Bridging the Gaps – health and rights for key populations.
It is the two day consultation with community representatives and civil society representatives from all over Ukraine on how we all can make a significant contribution to ending HIV/AIDS in Ukraine.
For two days, the participants – leaders of vulnerable communities and representatives of NGOs, including the NGO “Gay-alliance”, with the help of experienced facilitators, by method of brainstorming have developed a strategy of changes from 2016 to 2020, identified the main priorities for working with key groups and have analyzed factors influencing these processes.
