Official Statement of the PO “ALLIANCE.GLOBAL”
In connection with the spread of information on social media regarding the activities of the PO “ALLIANCE.GLOBAL,” we consider it necessary to provide an official clarification regarding the circumstances of this situation.
The claims circulating about the alleged use of physical force or aggression by representatives of the organization do not correspond to reality. In addition, the information circulating about an alleged “non-payment of wages” also does not correspond to reality. The PO “ALLIANCE.GLOBAL” has never been in an employment relationship with the individuals spreading this information. They were engaged to perform certain work as external consultants under service agreements with individual entrepreneurs (FOP), acting as sole proprietors.
The PO “ALLIANCE.GLOBAL” regards the published materials as containing incomplete information and selected fragments presented without proper context, which creates a distorted impression of events. We are convinced that such materials show signs of deliberate manipulation of public opinion and are aimed at discrediting the Organization in connection with a dispute over payment for services to a contractor. At the same time, the Organization has not received any confirmation of the actual performance of tasks in accordance with the service agreement, and the results of the work, which were supposed to be reflected on social media and other public information resources, were absent and could not be confirmed or verified by the Organization.
The Organization has at its disposal materials that may be of substantial significance for the comprehensive establishment of the circumstances of the event. In particular, there are audio recordings which, in the Organization’s view, indicate a deliberate approach to the recording and subsequent use of the video materials. A final assessment of this evidence, its authenticity and completeness, can only be provided by the competent law enforcement authorities and the court in accordance with the procedure established by law.
The PO “ALLIANCE.GLOBAL” is an organization that strictly adheres, in its activities, to humanitarian principles, principles of respect for human dignity, non-discrimination, and a policy of prevention of sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment (PSEAH). Any forms of physical or psychological violence are incompatible with the values and internal policies of the organization.
We are open to constructive engagement with competent state authorities, donors, partners, and other authorized bodies with the aim of a comprehensive, impartial, and objective establishment of all the circumstances of this situation.
The PO “ALLIANCE.GLOBAL” is also prepared to defend its business reputation, rights, and legitimate interests through the courts and to provide all available evidence to establish the truth and reach a fair decision in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
We call on media representatives, partners, and the public to cover this situation objectively, impartially, and responsibly, taking into account all circumstances, verified facts, and the positions of all parties.
We also note that, as of the date of publication of this statement, the PO “ALLIANCE.GLOBAL” does not administer and does not have technical control over the websites https://gettest.com.ua/ and https://prep.com.ua/, nor over the pageshttps://www.instagram.com/gettest.com.ua/ and https://www.instagram.com/prepcomua/, since the individuals spreading the accusatory information against the Organization, while providing administration services for the above-mentioned resources under the cooperation, took possession of them and refused to return access.
In this regard, the PO “ALLIANCE.GLOBAL” is unable to moderate, update, or control the content of information posted on these resources, and bears no responsibility for any materials, messages, or other content published on them after the Organization lost actual control.
