AI courses from ALLIANCE.GLOBAL: the last cohort of 2026

Final 2026 cohort: ALLIANCE.GLOBAL reopens enrolment for its introductory AI course

Six weeks, two hours a week: that is how long the Google AI Essentials course lasts. We are opening enrolment for one more cohort, and it will be the last of this year.

Firstly, we would like to thank our partners at the Centre for Public Impact (CPI). This international non-profit helps other organisations teach AI skills to people who find it harder to get that kind of training. CPI has agreed to fund one more cohort, and we are sincerely grateful to the team for their trust. It means that members of our key communities who missed the earlier cohorts now have another chance. Don’t delay!

AI skills already carry a price tag in the job market. PwC analysed close to a billion job adverts across six continents and found that in 2025 vacancies requiring AI skills offered, on average, 56% higher pay than similar roles without that requirement. A year earlier the gap was 25%. That is a global average rather than a promise of a pay rise, but the difference between people who can work with AI and people who cannot is already visible in job adverts.

On the course you will learn how machine learning technologies work, how to use AI to boost your productivity, what generative AI is and how to use it responsibly. All you need is minimal experience of using a computer. The course is delivered online, at a time that suits you, so you can join from any city. Participants receive equipment and internet access (if needed), as well as psychological support from our organisation’s professional psychologists.

We will set the start date as soon as the group is formed, in roughly a week or two. Places are limited, so it is best not to leave your application until the last minute: complete the form via this link.

If you are hearing about ALLIANCE.GLOBAL for the first time: we are a civil society organisation working with the LGBTIQ+ community in Ukraine. Besides courses, you can come to us for shelter, humanitarian aid, and psychological and medical consultations. All our services, and how to book them, are gathered on one page.
