English Courses in Safe Spaces: Learning, Socialization, and Development
English courses in the organization’s safe spaces became not only an educational activity, but also an important tool for socialization and professional development for beneficiaries. They created an opportunity for participants to improve their language skills, strengthen their confidence in communication, and gain an additional resource for education, employment, and everyday life.
As part of the initiative, 192 sessions were held in three cities, involving 71 unique participants. The safe-space format made it possible to combine learning, support, regular interaction, and new opportunities for participants. This approach contributed not only to the development of practical skills, but also to stronger engagement, mutual support, and a sense of community.
