A client interested in receiving social support services is accompanied by a case manager of the direction only with the client’s consent, which is made in writing.
The case manager coordinates social and medical services, represents the client’s interests in healthcare institutions. Depending on the stage at which the client is, steps are planned to support him in obtaining medical services in connection with his HIV status.
For social support, it is necessary to contact a social worker or undergo testing in an organization for the appointment of a social worker (Case Manager).
