The Public Organization “ALLIANCE.GLOBAL”, as part of the implementation of activities aimed at preventing professional burnout and supported by UNAIDS Ukraine, announces a tender for the organization and logistical support of a three-day offsite team-building retreat for the organization’s staff.

1. General Information

• Location: Lviv or Ivano-Frankivsk region, outside regional centers, situated in a scenic/natural area suitable for an offsite team-building event.

• Dates: September 7–10, 2026.

• Number of participants: 20 persons.

2. Key Requirements for Event Organization

The bidder must provide comprehensive event support, which includes:

• Accommodation for 20 participants in single rooms;

• Three meals a day (full board) throughout the event;

• Organization and/or reimbursement of travel expenses for participants;

• A conference hall for two days;

• Provision of wellness/recreational services and recovery activities for all participants on-site;

• Organization of one group offsite cultural, entertainment, or team-building activity;

• Necessary logistical and technical equipment to conduct the planned activities.

3. Tender Proposal Requirements

The bidder must submit at least two location options with corresponding cost estimates, as well as copies of registration documents.

Each proposed location must include:

• Venue name and precise location;

• Description of accommodation conditions;

• Catering/meal information;

• Details regarding the conference hall and its technical equipment;

• List of available wellness and recreational services;

• Description of the proposed group offsite activity;

• Terms and estimated cost of transportation;

• Detailed budget breakdown of services;

• Payment terms.

Note: Preference may be given to proposals that offer comfortable accommodation, high-quality catering, and strong opportunities for recreation and staff recovery.

4. Terms of Payment

• Payment shall be made via bank wire transfer (cashless payment).

• Post-payment options for the services rendered are preferred.
