Representatives of the LGBTQ+ community who live or can travel to the cities of Dnipro, Lviv, Kharkiv, Chernivtsi, and Poltava can receive this service in this hub. You will be able to receive the voucher in person from a consultant in your city. The consultant will contact you at the phone number you provided in this request (please fill in the contact information carefully).
