In addition, there is a separate hub for requesting such packages. Representatives of the LGBTQI+ community who reside or can travel to the cities of Dnipro, Lviv, Kharkiv, Chernivtsi, or Poltava can receive this service. The certificate can only be obtained in person from a consultant in your city. The consultant will contact you at the phone number you provided in the request (please fill in the contact information carefully). Assistance is provided by the NGO “Alliance.Global.”
