The organization provides representatives of the MSM/ LGBTQIA+ community with special safe-spaces where visitors can receive consultations from social workers, psychological support, attend group events, educational and recreational activities.

To strengthen the leadership potential of the LGBTQ+ community and promote development and resocialization, including for IDPs, community centers operate on the basis of our NGO, providing a wide range of services, including:
• group educational and recreational activities,
• professional courses for those seeking employment or learning a foreign language,
• social consultations on a peer-to-peer basis,
• professional medical consultations,
• group psychotherapeutic sessions and individual consultations with a psychologist (in-person or online),
• professional training,
• distribution of humanitarian aid,
• provision of saliva-based HIV rapid tests for self-testing,
• targeted referral to other ALIANCE.GLOBAL projects, in particular for obtaining legal assistance, conducting rapid testing for HIV, viral hepatitis, and syphilis, obtaining pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) for HIV, and providing other public health services.
• assistance with registering as an IDPs, referral to employment centers, restoring lost documents, and obtaining other social services.
• community centers serve as “points of resilience” when problems with electricity or communication occur, and when all is well, visitors can always charge their mobile phones, drink hot tea, chat with others, and use the internet.
