18th of May the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine hosted the historic event – the National Council on HIV/AIDS and TB (CCM) where were first time presented the newly elected Council members – are the representatives of key communities: drug users (Anton Basenko / Oleg Dymaretsky), sex workers (Юлия Дорохова Yulia Dorokhova) and men who have sex with men (Andrii Chernyshev).
This representation of the most vulnerable communities in the context of HIV and TB has become possible due the hard advocacy work of communities and their allies, which lasted from 2015.
